Job Requirements:

Minimum Education and/or Experience:    
•Bachelors Degree with a Clinical Laboratory focus or equivalent 
•Four to six years related experience 
•Two to three years supervisory/management experience. 
•Florida State License as Supervisor of Clinical Laboratory Science in the specialty of employment. 

Job Description:

The supervisor is responsible for the day to day operation of the Histology and Cytology areas in the Laboratory, and is available 24/7 to assist employees on an as needed basis. Individual is responsible for Policies and Procedures, supply inventory, staffing, training and development, employee performance management such as setting goals, delegating, providing feedback, performance reviews, and ensures the laboratory complies with BRRH, CLIA, CAP, AHCA and other regulatory agencies.
