The Histology Supervisor demonstrates a high level of initiative, scientific interest, and technical skill The clinical coordinator performs technical work of considerable difficulty and responsibility and is allowed a wide latitude for exercising independent judgment under the direction of the Medical Director. The clinical coordinator must demonstrate important leadership qualities, and ability to work indecently. This individual must fulfill all the requirements listed in the Histology Technologist II job description as a minimum, additionally must be willing to assume, as needed other duties as dictated by the technical manager.
