Qualifications

We’re seeking a detail-oriented professional with a current CLS license, a Bachelor’s degree and:

•Experience with the regulations, laws, guidelines, and standards of licensing, accrediting, government and credentialing agencies
•A minimum of four years of clinical laboratory scientist experience
•Experience in quality assurance, quality improvement and compliance
•Experience in audit and assessment processes
•Background in deviation management and applying corrective action
•Proven experience in training and lecturing to large groups 
•Working knowledge of principles and tools of performance improvement
•Knowledge of project planning/implementation
•Experience writing procedures and reports
•Excellent interpersonal and group facilitation skills
•Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
•Specialist in Blood Bank Technology (SBB) certification preferred
•Supervisory experience a plus
•ASQ/CQA or ASQ/CQM certification highly desirable
