Job Requirements:

  • Must possess B.S. and M.T. (ASCP) or equivalent or eligible
  • Must have one of the following:
    • B.S. and successful completion of an accredited Medical Technology Program;
    • a B.S. in Chemistry, Biology, or other laboratory based Science and ASCP accreditation or equivalent;
    • a B.S. in Chemistry, Biology, or other laboratory based Science and 5 years experience in a licensed Clinical Laboratory.
  • One (1) year of supervised technical experience in a licensed clinical laboratory preferred
  • Core Lab: Chemistry, Hematology, and Urinalysis; some Microbiology skills preferred

Job Description:

Mercy is hiring full time and part time Medical Technologists, Cytotechnologists, Point of Care Testing Consultant's and Pathologist Assistants. We’re looking for the best of the best, so come and meet with us on Wednesday, June 13th from 5:30 – 7:30 pm to learn about new career opportunities, and discover what it’s like to work at Mercy.

You’ll have an opportunity to meet our Lab management team – from Supervisors and Managers to our Director and Vice President. All experience levels are welcome to attend. This is a great opportunity to learn about Mercy’s values and mission, get a tour of our lab facilities and equipment, and network with other Lab professionals in the Baltimore area.
