$5,000 sign on bonus and $2,500 relocation (for greater than 50 miles)

In our state of the art accredited laboratory you will have the opportunity to perform inpatient and outpatient lab procedure across the testing complexity.  You will work in collaboration with other highly skilled individuals to produce quality and timely laboratory results for our Critical Access hospital.  The lab is equipped with a Stago Compact Max, Sysmex KX21N, Siemens EXL, Gel blood bank, and microbiology.  The Laboratory is dedicated to continuous improvement opportunities for our employees as well as our patients. 

The Medical Laboratory Technician/ Medical Technologists  performs and evaluates complex chemical, biological, hematological,immunologic, microscopic and bacteriological analyses. Ensures communication of test results as appropriate.

Bachelor's or Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Science required.

Medical Laboratory Technician (ASCP) or AMT within 1 year of start date in position.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
